Corona del Mar, Spanish for "Crown of the Sea", is one of the premier communities in Newport Beach.  First developed in the early 1900's, mostly along the Pacific Coast highway, Corona Del Mar is located in the 92625 zip code of Newport Beach.  Today's community boundaries mostly consist of the land on the seaward face of the San Joaquin Hills from the community of Irvine Terrace (just north of Avocado Street) south to Crystal Cove State park.  One of the newer developments is Harvor View hills which consists mostly of California Ranch style homes with expansive ocean views.
